Julie Albers

Recognized for her artistry, charisma and radiant performing style, American cellist Julie Albers began violin studies at the age of two.   She made her orchestral debut with the Cleveland Orchestra in 1998 and has performed with orchestras all over the world.   Miss Albers regularly participates in chamber music festivals, currently active with the Albers String Trio and the cello quartet CELLO.  She performs on a N. F. Vuillaume cello made in 1872 and makes her home in New York City with her husband, Bourbon, and their dog, Dozer.

Warmer than chestnuts roasting by an open fire are the vocal harmonies of the ensemble singers In Full Swing and their Living Christmas Card concert direct from the Victorian era and complete with authentic period attire.  This outstanding group plays to sold out concert halls all across the country every season, bringing the charm and cheer of honest to Dickens strolling carolers to delighted audiences of all ages.  Missing this yuletide concert would be like finding a stocking full of coal on Christmas morning!



Time For Three

Closing out the American Roots Series in phenomenal fiddling style, Time For Three string trio has been wowing audiences from coast to coast with their high energy, classical licks uniquely bent to the iconic American fiddle idiom.  This self-proclaimed ‘classically-trained garage band’ blazes new trails and fresh experiences in concert halls wherever they go.

Winner of the Chamber Music prize at the Seventh Van Cliburn International Piano Competition, Brazil’s Jose Feghali brings exceptional vitality and warmth to each concert performance.  A child prodigy in his native Brazil, Mr. Feghali made his recital debut at the age of five and concerto debut three years later with the Brazilian Symphony Orchestra.
